SHIPPING

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

TO PLACE AN ORDER

All prices are in USD. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, Money Orders, Cashier’s Check and Bank Drafts. All payments must be in USD.

Sale of certain items are restricted to Active Duty Military and Law Enforcement personnel only. Due to US State Department Regulations, we are not allowed to ship certain items out of the United States. If you have any concerns or questions please call for details.

APO/AE/FPO Deliveries

All orders shipped to APO/AE/FPO addresses are shipped US Priority Mail. Packages are labeled in accordance with US Postal Service guidelines, which include the address label, Priority Mail labels, US Customs documentation (applies to deliveries outside CONUS), delivery confirmation cards and insurance (orders over $50.00) tickets when applicable.  PLEASE NOTE:  Pursuant to US Postal Service guidelines, packages may take up to 30-60 days to reach the delivery destination.

RETURN POLICY


You may return most new, unopened items within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). For all online orders that wish to be returned, please contact us at RETURNS@TDSGEARUSA.COM and request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and you will also receive a RETURN SHIPPING LABEL sent to your email that the item was purchased under.

REFUND POLICY

If a refund is issued, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you are simply exchanging an item (because you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) use the return shipping label provided. You will be notified via email when your new item will be ready for shipping.
